How a Jaguar Smart Key Works

Jaguar smart key allows you to lock and unlock your vehicle from a distance. Like all electronic devices, it's powered by batteries.

Your car may show an increase in the range of signals when your Smart Key battery begins to go out of service. The center for messages may show an alert "SMART-KEY BATTERY LOW".

Keyless Entry

With this feature, you can enter your Jaguar without having to search through your pockets or purse. The system utilizes a proximity sensor to detect the Jaguar Smart Key, which will automatically open your XE.
